Dr. Jad Osmanski attended University of Rhode Island graduating Cum Laude in 1998 with a biology degree. After a short career in business and management he obtained his doctorate in optometry from the New England College of Optometry (NECO) in 2008 graduating as a member of Beta Sigma Kappa (international optometric honors society).

Upon graduating Dr. Osmanski entered the United States Army and served 3 years as an Army optometrist and assistant chief of Optometry at Kenner Army Heath Clinic in Fort Lee, VA. Dr. Osmanski is an independent Dr. of Optometry and he joined the office of Starr Opticians in the spring of 2013.

Dr. Osmanski provides comprehensive family eye care and focuses on management of ocular disease including infections, glaucoma, diabetic eye care, and retinal disease. He also provides pediatric eye exams and complete contact lens care. He is an affiliated Clinical Professor of Optometry with NECO. Dr. Osmanski is an active member of the American Optometric Association, Armed Forces Optometric Society, and Military Officers Association of America.
